We are a simple organization all we want is one voice one vote.
Another check into the checks and balances of government.
Let the American people vote on the laws they live by, and where there tax dollars go before it is signed into law.
This is lobbiest reform, that we can live with if lobbiest reform is done where lobbiest will not be able to lobby our elected officials the rest of our voices will be in the distant.
Because without lobbiest organizations like the NRA, ABATE, OOIDA, you name the organization and they will not be able to influence our elected officials.
I myself am not part of any organization because I will not pay more to be represented, that is why I pay taxes.
We also want Professional CDL drivers to be paid by the hour from the time they get in there truck till the time they get out of them at home.
With the new HOS hours of service, it is sometimes impossible to get 7 hours of driving in. CDL drivers are mostly paid my the mile, any where from .25 to .50.
I did the math once for two solid weeks and if I had logged everything as I had done it I would have been out of hours in 4 days.
d&h drop and hook with log work and dispatch and arrival on the computer along with inspection of new trailer. 30 to 60 minutes.
Now if a repair was needed more time would be required and the CDL driver doing all this doesnt make a dime.
Local driving where it takes excessive time to go a short distance. For example 10 miles taking 1 hour, for a CDL driver they make 2.50 to 5.00 dollars for that time. Contruction delays, accidents. weather, you name it.
I know 1 day I would have only been able to log 3 hours legally or 160 miles for me that would be about $65 for the entire 24 hour day.
There are several drivers in jail because they drove over their HOS and got into an accident even though the other person was in the wrong who hit them. The law says if he had not been driving over his or her HOS the person who hit them might not have hit anything because the space they occupied driving would have been empty.
When you are trying to make a living and support your family you think about that first.
This is why we are trying to get Professional CDL drivers paid by the hour.
There is something called RFID I would like to introduce you all to if you dont already know what it is. You will find links to a lot of sites on our links page follow them read and learn. Because if we dont change the way laws become law this may be pushed on us.
Evolution is tought in schools even if you dont believe in the theory of the human being evolving from apes, maybe you will beleive in this theory of evolution.
When this country was founded and its government set in place a Representative republic, It was the best thing for the people at that time. Because at that time we did not have the ability to communicate like we do today.
Our elected officials constantly say that the founding fathers could never have seen this country with all its technology. That is part of the reason they say we have seatbelt laws and so many states have helmet laws, personally I think it should be a choice.
So I say lets use that in this campaigne, it is time for us to evolve and allow the American people to vote before it is signed.
The way we intend to do this is a simple platform I will veto every bill that is put on my desk as president of the US until one is put on my desk that says let the American people vote on the laws they live by and where their taxes go before it is signed into law.
Assuming {congress} overrides my veto I would suggest to the American people stand up and take control of all capitals nation wide, along with all military installations, naval, ground, and air. So as to prevent {congress} from trying to use them against the American people.
